Defining quality of services has never been easy. For someone, quality refers to certain standards, ways and means by which those standards are achieved, maintained and improved upon. For others, it is the totality of features and characteristics of a product or services that bears on its ability to satisfy stated and implied needs. For some one other, quality means fitness for use, fitness for purpose, fitness for function, etc. For a marketing manager, quality means customer coming back with appreciation and placing repeat orders rather than product coming back with complaints / castigations.
