Design and Implementation of Fuzzy Controllers for Optimal Signals Sampling


An accurate sampling of electrical signals, free of difficult measure conditions, requires a particular study on the signals timing. Many control systems must drive complex processes characterized by model not easy to design. For these cases can be useful the application of fuzzy logic to control systems. In this paper, we design a fuzzy control system able to sample electrical signals in suitable time points. Our fuzzy controller simulates the human behavior of a control system operator which tunes the timings of control signals. One important feature of the paper is the careful choice of fuzzy rules to correct tuning parameters of control system. The results show that our fuzzy control system is able to obtain the optimal tuning parameters values, improving the results of a conventional control system.
