Dynamic ERP System Metrics


This paper presents our analysis of the dynamics of different metrics specific to ERP systems. This quantitative technical approach to ERP systems development and maintenance provides an agile approach context. ERP systems usually contain huge numbers of tables and related classes, with a growing complexity that can easily become difficult to manage. The problem is how to identify the things that are used often, the one not used, and which ones are worthy of investing our time in improving. In order to precisely determine these points from technical perspective, this paper analyzes the data from their dynamics through time and from several ERP specific metrics.
