A Production Operation Decision Model in MTO Production Mode


With the diversity increasing of customer's needs, MTO production mode has been more and more applications in industrial production. In order to rationalize the production of orders and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, this paper proposed an integrated model of decision-making about production and operation. Because of the model of making the integrated production planning is NP-hard problem, so this paper adopt a heuristic particle swarm algorithm to solve this model. Application example is used to prove the effectiveness of the model and algorithm. This model considering factors of the production capacity of manufacturers, can effectively maximize the manufacturer's profit, reduce production costs, delivery advanced and tardiness penalty, arrange production schedule rationally.
