Analytical Solutions of Hollow-Axle and Hole Interference Fit


The displacement function which satisfies the elasticity differential equation and the corresponding boundary conditions of space axial symmetry for hollow-axle and hole interference fit is carried out by adding Lapu displacement function and displacement potential function. And it gives out analytical solutions of displacement and stress. By establishing the boundary conditions, presents the analytical solutions of the fringe stress concentration. Analyses the causes of stress concentration and proposes some methods to reduce it.
