Application of Neural Sliding Mode Control for PMLSM Servo System


Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor (PMLSM) was widely used for its good features, but it's hard to control with traditional control strategy for parameters variation and external load disturbance. The neural sliding mode controller was constructed with PMLSM mathematical models analyzed, also the RBF neural networks' structure and algorithm was proposed. The neural network sliding mode controller was constructed with switch function as the input of neural network and sliding mode controller as the output. The simulation shows the sliding mode controller with good control performance of adaptive and position servo tracking.
